Healthy Holiday Eating (with recipes!)
Geez, it can be so hard to eat well during the holidays! Do you agree? There are soooo many temptations to steer us away from our health and weight loss goals.
I know you’ve been there… faced with a plate of your friend — the master baker’s— gorgeous holiday cookies. Your mouth starts to water. You don’t want to insult anyone. And really… just one isn’t going to hurt. (Except you can’t choose just one.)
You feel fine for a minute after you down that handful of cookies (save for the guilt rattling around in your head), but you feel like crap the next morning… and day, and maybe week.
But what if healthy holiday eating wasn’t that hard after all?
Instead of a handful of cookies, all you need is a big ol’ handful of recipes that follow your healthy eating guidelines. Recipes that include all the right foods to balance your hormones, keep your mood stable, nourish your body, and delight your taste buds.
In fact, what if you brought the cookies to your next holiday party and everyone loved them… even though they were vegan, or low carb, or devoid of any sugar??? You’d be the hero of the holidays and you’d be free of guilt for veering from your healthy-eating goals.
Well go on now… do a happy dance… because I’ve got the recipes right here to make you and everyone around you eager to indulge in these holiday treats.

My Healthy for the Holidays Recipes Series
The recipes in my Healthy for the Holidays Recipe Series use all the healthy foods that help you feel good. And they avoid all the stuff that contributes to bloat, lethargy, mood swings, hormone imbalance, and weight gain. Happy Holidays, baby!
All the ingredients are available at a regular grocery store or online retailer. And most have less than 10 ingredients and support healthy weight management, therefore are compliant with the Midlife to Great Life Method. They are simple, nourishing, and de-e-e-licious.
Inside, you will find no-stress holiday eating: no guilt, no whiny family complaining about tasteless hors d’oeuvres, no pressure from everyone around you to eat stuff that isn’t good for you.
Best of all, you’ll wake up tomorrow feeling great, and so glad (and proud) you stuck to your healthy diet.
