Hi, I'm Nancy Lee Hall, RHN, a Registered Holistic Nutritionist specializing in gut health, hormone balance, and metabolic repair for midlife and post-menopausal women. Through my signature framework, The Great Life Method, I help women restore blood sugar balance, reduce inflammation, support digestion, and lose fat without calorie restriction or deprivation. I am an educator, writer, and creator of nutrition programs focused on sustainable, physiology-aligned health in midlife.

​​In my 20+ years of nutritional research and application I have identified the 6 things we can all do to live a long healthy life:

When I was diagnosed with Hashimotos in my 30’s I was doing none of those things.

It prompted me to pursue studies in nutrition and complementary health. Then, when I approached menopause, issues such as sleeplessness, migraines, mood swings, and weight gain began to interfere with my quality of life. I was a nutritionist and knew how to eat healthy, but my metabolism was shifting and just “eating healthy” was no longer enough.

I had to learn how to eat to balance my hormones.

So I began studying and researching how to eat for hormonal health. I needed to learn how to nourish my body in a way that worked with my changing metabolism and hormones. The more I searched, the harder it was to find anything that made sense. Also, I was shocked by the amount of conflicting information I kept running across.

Women should have access to honest information about which foods nourish us and which foods harm us as we approach our golden years.

Once I learned about eating for hormonal health, I had great success in bringing my hormones and body back into balance through nutrition changes. And now, I offer what I learned to my clients.
